Who is responsible for your data?

Iniscale is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. For questions about privacy or about this statement you can reach us at sales@iniscale.com.

What data do we collect?

When you fill in a form on this website, we process the data you enter yourself:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name and phone number (optional)
• The content of your message and the type of request you selected
• The language in which you use the website

What do we use this data for?

Solely to answer your request, prepare a proposal and communicate about a possible or ongoing project. We do not sell data and do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given by deliberately filling in and submitting the form, and based on our legitimate interest in being able to answer contact requests. If your request leads to an assignment, processing is necessary for the performance of that agreement.

How long do we keep data?

No longer than necessary to handle your request. Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. In case of a collaboration we keep data for the duration of the project and afterwards for as long as statutory retention periods (such as tax obligations) require.

Third parties and processors

For hosting the website and storing form submissions we use external hosting and database services within the EU/EEA, which process data solely on our instructions. We also use email to communicate with you. We do not share your data with other parties unless legally required.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We only store one functional preference (your language choice) so the site is shown in the right language. No consent is required for this and no profile is built about you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict your data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw consent you have given. Send your request to sales@iniscale.com; we respond within four weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Security

The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and form submissions are stored in a protected database that is only accessible to authorised Iniscale staff.
