Terms and conditions
Below are the principles we apply to projects. The final legal version will be published here once it has been established.
Quotes and scope
Every collaboration starts with a quote in which the features, planning and price are laid down. Changes outside that scope are discussed beforehand.
Delivery
A project is delivered when the agreed features work and have been tested on the most important user flows and devices.
Payment
Projects are usually invoiced in instalments, linked to the start, interim delivery and go-live.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the right of use to the delivered product lies with the client, with the exception of underlying frameworks and third-party services.
Third-party services
For integrations with external systems, we depend on the capabilities and conditions of those parties. We investigate in advance what is technically feasible.
